To organise seminars, conferences, workshops, public lectures, science exhibitions, and outreach programs to disseminate scientific knowledge to the community. To conduct science education workshops for students and teachers, and to raise awareness about the importance of agricultural science for societal development.

Advancing Scientific Knowledge and Research in Agriculture
To establish research collaborations with academic institutions, research organisations, and industries both within and outside the country. To encourage research and initiatives that apply scientific knowledge to address emerging societal challenges such as climate change, nutrition security, food safety, and environmental sustainability.

Fostering Collaboration and Networking
To create a platform for scientists, researchers, academics, and students to connect and collaborate. To establish partnerships with other scientific societies, government agencies, and non-governmental organisations. To organise networking events and meetings to facilitate the exchange of ideas and best practices.

Contributing to Welfare of Farming Communities and Social Development
To perform different extension, training, marketing and social welfare activities in the area of agriculture and horticulture for livelihood security. To engage in social service activities for needy farm families. To work on gender sensitisation, women empowerment, and upliftment of tribal and scheduled caste communities.

To provide training and professional development opportunities for academicians, researchers, students, farmers, and entrepreneurs.
